Cash flow statement（现金流量表）是财务会计术语，它是一种反映企业财务状况的重要报表，也是企业财务活动的经济性质的反映。它是企业财务活动的报告形式，能够清楚地反映出某一时期内企业收入、支出、能量流向及现金增减情况，也就是现金流量的实际情况。

2）投资活动现金流量：反映投资活动对企业现金流量的影响，包括投资活动收入、支出、登记资本及其他现金流变化，从而看出投资活动对企业现金流量的影响。
3）筹资活动现金流量：反映筹资活动对企业现金流量的影响，包括筹资活动收入、支出、发行股份及其他现金流变化，从而看出筹资活动对企业现金流量的影响。
现金流量表对企业管理有重要价值，能够帮助企业更好地发现影响企业现金流量的优势和劣势，更好地控制企业现金流量，从而更加有效地管理企业财务。
