Help是一个常用的动词，意思是“帮助；援助；救助”。它可以用作不及物动词，也可以用作及物动词。
1、作不及物动词用
Help在此种用法中，常作系动词，表示“帮助；有助于”的意思，后面可接某人或某物。
例句：
Taking exercise helps keep you in good health.
运动有助于保持身体健康。
2、作及物动词用
Help作及物动词时，其后通常接宾语和宾语从句，表示“帮助，帮忙，救助”等意思。宾语是人时，often 后接 with 或 to do sth.
例句：
