rates的用法讲解
Rates 作名词时指“税率”，指税收、价格、利率等逐渐增加或减少的速度，主要指税率的增减；也指水电费的管理费、住宿费、薪酬等的费用。
Rates 还可以作动词使用，表示“估价、评价”的意思，常用结构为 rate something as something；也可表示“把...分为...级”的意思，结构为 rate something into something，rate something into two/three/four/five/six/seven/eight/nine/ten categories（把...分为2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10等级）；还可以用来表示“给...评定标准(如分数)”，结构为 rate something on something，rate someone on a scale from one to ten（给...评定1-10的分数）。
